I'm Ben Samuel and I'm a songwriter. I started writing songs when I was only 15 years old.

Growing up in a big family of 6 brothers and sisters, I struggled to take up my space and talk about my
feelings. I started writing songs as some sort of therapy for myself, especially on day's when I felt really low. That's why my lyrics are usually reflecting and honest. I'm inspired by breaking patterns that aren't helpfull to us personally, since I believe that's the way to become a better and happier person. I learned a lot by reading books and by therapy. I'm hoping to be an inspiration to anyone stuggling with anything like depression or selfdoubt, showing that it's possible to overcome anything you're dealing with!
